Roadtripz Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply when making a booking with Roadtripz, either on the website www.roadtripz.com or directly with us. If you have any questions please do contact us before you book.

Prices

• All prices listed are per vehicle.

• The price includes pick up and drop off at your chosen locations, mileage, fuel, parking, terminal charges, congestion charges, and bottled water.

• The price does not include entrance fees to visitor attractions, additional refreshments or food.

Booking and Payment

• When booking directly on the website you can choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking, the full amount 1 week before your transfer/tour, or on the day.

• For website payments credit or debit card payment is taken via our third-party payment server PayPal.

• For payments being made 1 week prior to your booking date, we will send you a Zettle payment link. [Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Mistro]

• Any payments taken on the day will be via card machine. Cards listed above, plus Apple Pay. We can take cash in £Sterling or in US$ if pre-arranged with us.

• We can also invoice you if you wish to pay online via bank transfer.

Confirmation of Booking

• When booking through the website your trip is fully confirmed at the point of booking.

• If you contacted us directly to discuss and/or book a tour, we will email you a written confirmation of your booking details.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations are accepted at any time and up until the start of your booking.

• There is no cancellation fee.

• Refunds will be made in full for any payment that has already been taken.

• We do appreciate any advanced notice you can give us if you foresee a change to your travel plans.

• You may transfer your original booking to a new date, once Roadtripz availability on that date is confirmed. There are no chargeable fees for transferring your booking date.

  • If you are also changing the tour option that you have booked, we will refund you if your new tour is listed at a lower price, and charge you the additional cost, if it is listed at a higher price.

• If a booking is cancelled by us, we will issue a full refund of any payment you have already made. In this event we will contact you as soon as is practically possible, using the phone or email address that you have provided.

• If a tour is cut short owing to circumstances beyond our control, Roadtripz will refund what is deemed the fair proportion of the total cost.

Accessibility

• Regretfully, our vehicle cannot accommodate a fixed wheelchair. Please contact us at time of booking if you have any questions about accessibility.

Passenger Safety

• All passengers, including children must always wear a seatbelt when the vehicle is moving. When pre-arranged with us, we can provide infant/child car seats.

• Smoking is prohibited in all licensed Private Hire vehicles.

General

• We always aim to be prompt in timings for your ongoing connections and arrangements, however, if there is adverse weather, poor traffic conditions, or other events that may be negatively affecting your journey time we will keep you informed and try our best to avoid the delays where we can.

• Please provide us with a working phone number on which you will be contactable at the time that the journey is to commence. We will do all we reasonably can to ensure the car is waiting in an appropriate place for you to easily find us and will always assist you where possible.

• We are licenced by Waverley Borough Council as a Private Hire Operator and hold the accompanying Private Hire Driver and Vehicle Licenses.
